It amazes me that people still feel they need to take diet pills that really are loaded with chemicals and dangerous side effects. With all the natural ways to lose weight an all the natural diet pills out there, you think people would give a natural product a try. I've lost over 29 lbs already and would never uses a prescription pill. It's also hard to find hoodia that;s real.

| I totally agree. I am 60 years old now and it took me this long to realize that. I look and feel so much better with taking 100% natural supplements. I find it hard to find the "real" stuff. You can go to the store and purchase vitamins but how do you no there not just filled with useless powder or liquids? Always look for FDA approved supplements. Always look for FDA approved supplements. Maybe when one is 60 years old, your body does not tolerate non-natural supplements. My mother is 65 currently and she is just on green tea and says it acts well. Well, she does not suffer from daily stress as well as me. I need something stronger, I can't lose weight with natural supplements.

| I agree to it, that why do people go for diet pills that have chemicals in them. they are not at all good for your body and they may have some side effects as well. People may find other ways to have some diet plans which are natural, you can also include some of the dried fruits and nuts in your daily diet plan, they are really a great source for proteins, nutrition and fiber as well Last edited on 4 Nov 2009 05:14 am by

I gaze and seem so much better with taking 100% natural supplements. I find it hard to find the "real" stuff. You can proceed to the shop and buy vitamins but how manage you no there not just topped up with ineffective dust or liquids of the body.

I would way rather take all natural supplements also and have seen them work actually better than the chemical or pharmaceutical based products.
Also, nobody died last year as a result of any natural or holistic products so that is always a good sign.

Diet pills are often dangerous and packed with other unhealthy ingredients, but there?óÔé¼Ôäós a reason they use green tea. Green tea helps you lose weight. Of course it won?óÔé¼Ôäót be ?óÔé¼?ô20 pounds in one week?óÔé¼?Ø or other nonsense that marketing companies like to claim, but green tea has been scientifically proven to burn calories and block fat absorption.

Of course, the constituents in natural remedies are chemical compounds too. Just far less potent than synthetic compounds or standardised extracts. Everything potentially has side effects, our bodies work as a whole - it's very rare for a medication to be so targeted it doesn't have an effect on something else.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for natural products. But it's a little foolish to think that natural = safe.

I agree Aimless, you can even overdose by taking too many multivitamins. Google hypervitaminosis.
