Hi, my name is charlie from California I am 250lb and have been trying to lose weight I have just started to excersise and get out in the morning and walking five miles a day.
I hope I can keep it off this time maybe this forum will give me some tips. I am also in a weight program which is great but I must continue to lose this weight or I will be doomed. The hardest part for me is keeping it off.
