That's actually two questions in one. There is a help topic about adding a ticker to your posts - here: How to Put a TickerFactory.com Ticker in Your Post
However you have to put it 'manually' in every post in which you wish it to feature. This is because the signature feature has been deliberately turned off on the software for this forum because we believe that, in general, signatures increase the signal to noise ratio (check out some forums that allow signatures and see what we mean).
Don't let that deter you from posting a ticker - those are fine with us.
