Hii everyone, im new here..

I'm posting this because i have a problem and maybe you guys can help...
im not fat, i just have a little Extra, and im trying to loose that but i really LOVE too eat. I tried to watch what i eat more (try not to est too much bread, drink more water, walk to my job etc.) but everytime, after 2 week, one day I just decide too eat like a pig all day. Very stupid I know, but I always do it again after.. and then the next day im all depressed and I dont eat at all... and then its like a time loop. I dont know how to stop it. I lost 6 pounds and now, since im stupid, i got it back =(

im 5'8 and im 140-141 pounds.. I want to be at least 130 pounds, its not alot but i just cant do it !

Any advice anyone ? i need help because im going nuts

Hey this is an issue with me too, I just cant diet, starve or avoidd on my favorite recipe. But dont worry, its not necessary to avoid all this in order to become thin. You arnt even obnoxiosly fat that you are taking so much of tension.
In fact i was like really fat still i wouldn't diet. All i did is i followed Mickey Mehta- the famous fitness guru's, exercises & weight loss tips. I lost around 7-8kgs in 3mnths. I guess you should also give it a try. Proper exercises can get you a lot of things
