Hi everybody! My name is Sarah, and I'm a personal trainer. I've been recommending CPH and its calorie burn calculators to my clients for a couple of years now, and I've finally decided to actually get involved in some of these forums. I just want to say that I've always believed that the key to weight loss, and more importantly weight maintenance, is to know how many calories you're burning in relation to how many you take in. Fad diets may work temporarily, but the only way to lasting success is nutrition and exercise.
Thanks to Calories per Hour for helping people understand the calorie balance and lead healthier lifestyles!
