well, i think i'll keep the age to myself. But I am really interested in tracking my calories intake vs. burned off by the end of the day. I would actually like to not necessarily lose weight, but gain more muscle. And me and my wife are both in this together! We're excited, we just joined a local gym, and we go about 5-6 times per week.
