Hey guys,
What cereal is the most nutritious to eat and would be enjoyable. I want to try eating it for breakfast and lunch. Do you think it would help me because the last diet i went on, I ate nothing but cereal.
Thanks.. If so, what else could I buy at a supermarket that would help me last the day?
Thanks!

I recommend the Kashi Go Lean brand of cereals. All natural, and a pretty low sugar content. The Honey Almond Flax is delicious, but it does have 12 grams of sugar per serving. The one with puffs is about half that, and still not bad. Nothing some cinnamon can't fix.
Lately, though, I've been eating oatmeal, which works great, too.

I eat a LOT of cereal... atleast a box or two per week. Lately i've been eating the Special K cereals. They have a lot of different varieties, i prefer the one with the strawberries in it, or the yogurt covered pieces. It's relatively low cal, about 120 calories per serving, and low fat as long as you use skim milk.
They even have a Special K cereal that has chocolate pieces in it... i like to keep it on hand for those afternoons or nights when i'm craving something sweet! It feels like i'm eating a snack, but i'm really eating something good for me!
