Has any one heard of Acai Berry or used it or anything at all? Oprah supposedly endorsed it but celebrities get paid to do those sorts of things so whether it works or not is still unkown to me.

Well I decided to give them a try despite the lack of reviews i found for them. They should be here sometime next week. I'm hoping that if they can't help me lose weight they'll atleast give me a little bit of energy so that i wont feel like falling asleep in the middle of the day or going to bed at 8 every night.

I don't know the exact details but what is supposed to be so good about the Acai Berry it's AMAZING antioxidant levels.

I just bought some of the new V8 Fusion Acai Berry flavor (yea I know, not the real berries) but it does taste amazing!

There's also a fluid supplement called MonaVie that pretty much has all the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants you would ever need (I believe it had Acai Berry in it as well, but I"m not sure). My trainer recommended it although I have not tried it yet as it is quite expensive. Maybe some day down the road when I'm not a student living off of loans!!!

But let us know how the berries go!

So, I have tried, and had success, with using the Acai berry supplements.  I tried them because I am a mom of three and at the end of my rope.  I tried so many other things....and I would succeed for a bit and then resort right back to my old self...plus a few pounds!!  Anyway, I heard about it from Dr. Oz....and decided to try it.  I felt great....more awake, ready to go and get movin'!  And then I came across another show where Dr. Oz was promoting a colon cleanse product...and I decided to try that too (after there was an explanation about all the toxic stuff stored in your intestines!).  And I have done really well....I am almost to my goal of pre-pregnancy weight!  Anyway, you can read more at my blog...I don't want to type all the info twice!  I hope yours is working for you and I look foward to reading your posts!!

I'm so happy it's workin for you.. cuz it didn't work for me..
here's  my story..
Hi, am new, but just got done getting off the phone with the acai berry people.. I signed up for the acai berry and the total cleanse at the same time as it was suggested they both worked best together.
So I got the trial ones. Tried the acai berry..tasted real good going down, no cons.. except.. it didn't do anything for me.. lol. The colon cleanse didn't do anything either..
I stopped  taking them after a few weeks , as I had gotten hurt and forgot about taking  them along with the motrin I was taking for the pain.  Started taking them again a week ago, and still had no difference in myself, so decided to call  and cancel them. I recieved a phone call right before I tried to call the acai berry people.

it was my credit card company.

I had 2 charges on my bill from some unknown company in St. Kits....78 dollars each charge. OMG! The only place I could figure out that I didn't trust that I'd given my number to was the acai berry people and the total cleanse people. OMG! She said it looked to be from the acai berry people..and if I desputed they'd have to pay back. I sure hope so, am on disability, and every dollar is hard to come by.

Anyway...long story short... It didn't work.

Yes Acai Berry is a good supplement in losing weight. It is very effective without any major side effects and contains 100% natural elements.

Please believe me when I say that there is no scientific evidence that acai berry has any special weight loss properties other than its low in calories.
Here are some good reviews on Acai berry

I found this site when I was looking for some more information on the acai berry:

whichacaiberry.com/acai-reviews/

It appears to have genuine reviews of the actual products. Still haven't taken the plunge into buying any myself though...
