You can always invest in aerobic exercise programs, like Tae Bo.
Also, if you have REALLY high ceilings, you could try jumping rope...
But...aerobic videos/DVD are probably one of your best bets.

Can you set up a little hig intensity circuit at home somewhere? You dont need a lot of room to get your heart rate up.. here are some ideas ... jumping jacks, step ups, walking lunges, shaddow boxing, running on the spot... well you get the idea...
and you can add bodyweight exercises into it too, like spend 1 min on each exercise then quickly move to the next.. alternating upper and lower body exercises is a sure way to get that blood pumping faster!!
all the best xx

| How about one of those mini trampolines? Or a home step workout with videos?

| if you have a staircase at your house, running up and down them with music on is a really good workout..it probably burns more than jogging, and it works your legs and butt. It may get boring for you, but I really like it.

I recently started to do the Richard Simmons tapes, because it's getting colder here and I can't get out as much. Anyway, they are kind of corny, but fun.
So, maybe you can find some tapes that you like to do...
