Half a small bag of small red potatoes
Fresh snapping bean- two hand fulls
Half a small bag of baby carrots
Two cloves of Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Garlic salt
Pepper
salt
Omega 3 butter of some sort
I cut up the potatoes, garlic, green beans, carrots, and boil in water for about 30mins.
Drained- and added three large tablespoons butter, Season to taste with itailian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper, and salt.
I didn't stir this, cause I didn't want the potaoes to lose their form. So, I put a lid on the pan and shook it until butter was melted.
Also, I don't like cooked carrots very well, so I cooked them with the potatoes (still a little crunchy), if you want them more done, then you would want to boil the carrots for awhile before adding the other veggies.
