Ok, made this for breakfast today, and it was good, I had to share.

I took a small can mushrooms and cut up half of an onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, a little bit of jalapeno pepper, fried them in olive oil spray until nice and brown.
Then I added two egg whites, continued to cook until the eggs were done. Then I threw in two small tomatoes (diced). Cook some more until tomatoes were warm.
Then put it on a whole wheat tortilla, with taco sauce.
YUM!
I added up the calories on my daily plate and over estimated.
393 cals. - for three of them!
I thought that was pretty good, for being stuffed...

Looks delicious!
I wish I could cook. 
I've made stuff that look similar, but they always come out so BLAND! Probably because I never add seasonings.

Yea, the Italian seasoning really spiced it up.
I also debated whether to use salsa, but decided against it cause it was already spicy enough.
Plus, I love taco sauce and I swear I could drink it right out of the bottle, lol. So, it don't matter what I am eating, taco sauce always makes it better....
I also thought it looked kind of gross, but it sure did taste good...
