If you are telling yourself that you are disgustingly fat, then something seems wrong with the body image that you have in your head versus reality. This is a dangerous path, and I think part of you knows that. Please find someone you can trust to talk to about the feelings you are having about yourself. That, to me, is the most dangerous part.
That all being said, it's very hard on your body not eating or eating very little. There's danger there as well. Take care and be safe!

I would say you are anorexic with body dysmorphic disorder, which means that you see your body in a way that is not in touch with reality (sort of a psychotic disorder, like hallucinatory/delusional).
133 pounds is not disgustingly fat even for someone who is much shorter than you! So, if you are looking in the mirror and seeing a hippo that makes me think that you very well could have body dysmorphic disorder, which is a psychotic disorder (psychotic means seeing, hearing, etc. things that are not there, not in touch with reality.) This is a very real disorder and most often leads to eating disorders and social phobias, like being afraid to go out because you think you look so disgusting. I would seek professional help with someone who has experiencing in helping people who are suffering from these thoughts and feelings.
(I have a Master's in Social Work, and a Bachelor's in Psych and Social Work FYI).

Fat is disgusting alright, but we need fat in our body (not NONE). So you have to get rid of the disgusting part, it's not wrong for keeping just a tiny bit of fat in your body :p

Women need about 10% body fat at absolutely minimum in order to keep their bodies functioning. This is called "essential fat." If you drop below 10% body fat, the body will start to malfunction and shut down.

| I know what you mean, hun. But you can't keep telling yourself that and you need to get on a healthier foot. Your body depends on you to take care of it.

yeah they only give us one body each go-round, so... you have to learn to treat it well because if it cr.aps out on you, you're SOL!
You want to try to think of food as a gift you give your body, nutrition that actually becomes part of your structure--there is no other phenomenon in nature like that, and it's pretty cool.
