I read all about these pills, and the tests they have had. The tests say they lose X% of fat more while using it than without. Is this true?
I plan on going to the gym EVERYDAY. At the gym I would use the tredmil/bike or elyptical, then light weight lifting to burn fat. Should I use some type of pill? Maybe to kick the hunger?
I have used Lipo6, it worked when I actually stuck to it but I ran out of it and I am tempted to buy more but I want your suggestions if I should try something else.
I've heard about hydroxicut and libo 6 for women. (I am a girl).
I am 5 9" 198lb. 18 years old.
What do you suggest?

Turning Off the Hunger Switch"
Excerpted from The Rosedale Diet by Ron Rosedale, M.D. and Carol Colman
Ed. Note: The Max WLX?َشا×?َ weight loss supplement and the Rosedale Diet are synergistic partners. Max WLX?َشا×?َ has been clinically verified to assist the reduction of body fat, leptin levels, and inches off the torso areas while raising adiponectin levels. It has been shown to be over 90% more effective than diet or exercise alone. The Rosedale Diet complements the efficacy of Max WLX?َشا×?َ by addressing the main import of reducing leptin levels through changes in lifestyle and eating habits. In addition, Max WLX?َشا×?َ can accelerate the effectiveness of the Rosedale Diet.
"The Rosedale Diet... corrects the underlying metabolic aberration at the root cause of both obesity and premature aging: hormonal dysfunction... Your hormones can work for you or against you. The wrong diet creates hormonal imbalances that trigger hunger and food cravings, the main problem that prevent people from losing weight and keeping it off. The right diet - The Rosedale Diet - almost magically controls hunger and eliminates food cravings.
"Hunger is a powerful force... following a diet while trying to fight hunger is like trying to hold on to the edge of a cliff and hoping the gravity will go away. Eventually, you're going to let go. If you're hungry, eventually you're going to eat and chances are, you'll overeat to make up for the last time.
"...The Rosedale Diet is specifically designed to control the key hormone that regulates both appetite and weight loss. That hormone is leptin. Leptin is produced by your fat cells. It tells your brain when to eat, how much to eat and most important, when to stop eating. Leptin is also critical for many of the body's most important functions, including the regulation of blood circulation, the prevention of blood clots, making new bone, regulation of body temperature, and reproduction... leptin amazed the scientific community when it was found to be able to rewire critical and central portions of the brain to better do its bidding.
"... When patients come to me saying that they would like to lose weight, what they are really saying is that they want to lose fat. No one wants to lose muscle or bone! The goal of dieting is to burn off excess fat so that it doesn't end up on your abdomen, thighs, rear end, or in your arteries where it can cause a heart attack. Leptin not only controls hunger, but it is the hormone that tells the body whether it should burn away excess fat. This is one of the most critical messages that your body must hear to maintain normal weight and optimal health.
"When leptin levels can be properly 'heard,' it alerts your brain and other body tissues that you have eaten enough and stored away enough fat, and its now time to burn off some excess fat. This feedback system is designed to prevent you from getting fat. In order for leptin to be heard clearly, however, leptin levels must remain stable and low. When leptin levels spike to high, to often, your cells stop listening to leptin. In medical terms, they become 'resistant' to the leptin message. When you brain and other body tissues don't properly 'hear' leptin's message, your brain continues to believe that you must hoard away even more fat for a rainy day. It tells you, 'Be hungry, eat, and store more fat.' Before long you will be fat.
"If you want to lose weight, and keep it off, you must first maintain lower leptin levels so that your brain and body tissues can relearn how to listen to leptin. I often refer to my diet as a leptin sensitizing diet as opposed to a weight-lose diet. The fact is, you can't do one successfully without the other. When leptin sensitivity is restored, you will stop storing excess fat and instead, start burning it off. Best of all, your hunger will be controlled, you will not have food cravings, and you will have a trim, well-toned, and healthy body."

Yasha,
Over the summer, I decided to try a diet pill, but I wanted to go NATURAL.
I have the PERFECT diet pill. It worked wonders for me. I lost around 12 pounds, and felt great [because there are no unhealthy side affects!]
I ran out around a month ago, and now with fall here, I am back to my comfort foods. (AHH.. NO!) But I plan on starting a new health regiment tomorrow!
It is called 'Lean Plus Extra Strength'. It is fantastic.
I cut out all refined sugars, [includes deserts!], and felt a lot less tired.
You can find it at any health food store and drug stores, for only $30.
If you do end up trying this out, let me know what you think!
Plus, you only have to take 2 daily. I took them right when I got up in the morning.

I really think you are better off just eating right and exercising. I know that's probably not as exciting as taking a pill, but I think it's a much better solution. Diet pills are not meant to be taken long-term and can have horrible side effects, up to and includng heart attacks (causing death, in which case you will lose a lot of weight as you decompose, but I don't think that's what you had in mind).
Also, the problem with diet pills is that most of them are just stimulants that work by speeding up your heart rate and respiratory rate, thus raising your metabolism, but then when you go off the pills (which you eventually have to do), the weight will more then likely come back on because your metabolism will drop once you aren't speeding it up all the time with pills. And you could try to speed it up all the time with pills, but then there's that pesky risk of dying or losing your hair or teeth or having palpitations or whatever else is associated with long-term stimulant use.

| I think if you go to the gym everyday and work out and eat like 6 small meals daily you will shed thte pounds off with no problem...I think if you ahve the motivation to loose weight than there is nothing stopping you other than eating ..the small meals daily is kinda hard to get used to but once you do it you will not eat as much at breakfast lunch and dinner your body will get used to you eating about every 2 hours or so and you will not be extremely hungry at meal times..I don't know I feel that it works for me I just don't have the motivation to excersize so I just want a pill that will make my fat go away....but it is not that easy I know..anyways good luck with your weightloss

| I have lost weight the last 2 months using a healty diet pill called Thinz Alcachofra (?) - I found a great review site: reviewdietpills.weebly.com with all product info. Always be infomed about what you have decided to use. I also increased my excerise (even climbing steps at work), ate in moderation and have managed to loose 8 kgs in the past 2 months. I had no side effects and feel better about myself. Good luck all.
