In the morning (7-8am) I try to eat about 4 eggs and a bowl of cereal. About 10am I try to have a piece of fruit and possibly I will have a cup of coffee. Then, about 1pm I will have a salad and possibly some yogurt. Between 4-5pm I will eat soup, a sandwich, or another salad. Lastly, I will eat another salad, after I have ran, around 7-8pm. Should I cut portion sizes? Should I eat less often during the day? Please include any information you can.

I think there should be more of a variety to make sure you get the nutrients you need, instead of having salad for 3 meals.

And by 4 eggs, do you mean with the yolk too?

Well, the school uses liquid egg, so I'm guessing that yes, the yolk is in them. I do not have that many options to eat different things. It really is almost the same thing everyday.

You should maybe have one egg yolk and the rest egg whites, if your school uses liquid eggs including the yolk then have it maybe once or twice per week then skip it and have the whole wheat bread with a fruit instead and light cream cheese one teaspoon worth that is. Then during your snack have another fruit/yogurt whatever you want, lunch salad is good but your lunch should be the second biggest not your dinner. Whatever you eat during your lunch will help you go through out the day, so you will burn it most likely and it will help you eat less at night when your body is less active. Anyways, during your lunch chicken ceaser salad or something along those lines, as far as the sandwich goes avoid mayo. If you MUST have it make sure its light, but try not to have it at all * I love mayo but I have not had any in many years* its a life choice right.  Anyways ketchup and mustard is okay. Have a fruit with this meal as your desert. Have another snack later on a fruit or carrot sticks or celery whatever u eat. My coworkers have broccoli and I HATE THAT I will have carrots no problem but becareful cause they have sugar. Anyways dinner light soup with 4 crackers or something like that or a salad, try to eat before 7pm so by 10pm when u sleep it will be mostly burnt. Anyways do some chores after your dinner like wash dishes or something to stay active play with pets/kids or vacuum hehe anyways and there u go. That is my two cents.
