going sunday the 27th... can i still ask for sauce on side or just steamed? i cant eat foods with sauces and butters and oils!
is it premade? or can i still tailor pre fixed menus to my needs?
my bf doesnt remember the name of the place so i cant call them and i am freaking out.

Yes, you should be able to.  The only time you might have a problem is if it's a tasting menu - then everything is made togehter and divided up.  But that's kinda rare so you shouldn't have a problem.  (Also - almost every restaurant with a prefixed menu has an off the menu vegetarian option - usually this will save you a lot of fat - especially butter - calories without the anxiety of worrying about what you would get otherwise.)

You might consider simply not eating the desert if the menu comes with it...
