i was interested in fiber one yogurt because everyone talks about how good it tastes and that it has 5g of fiber, but that it also has high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, and sucralose
then i took a look at yoplait's light yogurt, and it also had artificial sweeteners
so does anyone know any good brands that're actually healthy, and maybe where i can find them? like at whole foods store?

I occasionally eat Yo+ Digestive health.
They're probably the tastiest yogurts you can find without having to resort to those corn-syrup/calorie filled/exotically flavored ones.
They come in peach, strawberry, vanilla, and a couple others (those are the only ones I've tried). They are 110 calories/yogurt, and last time I checked, contain no high fructose corn syrup or many other "bad-for-you" ingredients.
I know you can find them at King Soopers and Albertsons (if there is one near you). As for health food stores, I wouldn't know---they're too pricey for me .
If you don't like the yogurt consistency alone, you could try putting one in the freezer for at least an hour (if you over-freeze microwaving at 10-15 seconds ought to make it work ).
Good luck on your yogurt crusade!
