Hello
I am currently 61kgs and want to be 55kgs. I am 167cm tall.
I do RPM (x2) per week and weights 3x times per week
I work in an office
How many calories should I eat per day for weight loss?

Assuming you're female, and you're in your mid thirties, here are your calculations. Never go below your unadjusted RMR....1,140 calories.
The results of your calculations are: BMR:1,337 RMR: 1,140
1.2
Sedentary
Little or no exercise and desk job
BMR: 1,604
RMR: 1,368
1.375
Lightly Active
Light exercise or sports 1-3 days a week
BMR: 1,838
RMR: 1,568
1.55
Moderately Active
Moderate exercise or sports 3-5 days a week
BMR: 2,072
RMR: 1,767
