i'm not sure this is in the right forum, this might not be the most helpful place.

also, a side note: i don't think asking about the lowest calorie options in an eating disorder section is a very good idea.  it's triggering, and overall inappropriate.  i'm not being condemning, just perhaps keep that in mind next time :)

I have to agree that this may not be the best place to post this question.  But in answer to your question sashimi would probably be the lowest in calories.  But keep in mind it is raw fish.

I would think most restaurants would have steamed veggies as an option.

I don't think anyone was offended, I most certainly was not, I was concerned that because you posted it here that maybe you felt like you might have an eating disorder.

No one was offended dear.  My only point was that in a forum specifically designed for those with eating disorders on a site that promotes healthy living, it is likely that most of those here are recovered or attempting recovery, and I know questions like this might trigger ED behavior.  Besides that, I know that I am not alone when I say that I think it would be in your best interest to seriously consider getting professional help for your ED, since ED behaviors are some of the most destructive out there.  Good luck, and I hope you find everything you're looking for :)
