I realize this could be a bad topic because it might tempt some people if they are reading about all the junky goodness, but I thought it would be fun for those who have enough control to not let it sway them.
Just wondering what everyone is choosing for their cheat meal this week? I think it would be interesting to see because out of ALL the possible junk you could eat... what would you choose?
I've been so good this week but I know I have a little cheat allowance today, I've decided to buy a bag of dill pickle chips and some diet coke for watching movies. Is that excessive? I'll get the regular size bag, not the super size!

I have decided to embark on a few low-carb days (one, two or three days - not sure how long I will last) so I guess my 'cheat' that I am looking forward to are tasty carbohydrates that I can't eat at the moment: sweet potatos, apples, bananas, swede etc. I'll be re-united with these on Tuesday if not before .

I ate a whole package of 12 cherry twizzlers over the weekend. It was planned, and reported to my diet buddies who help me monitor my sweets.
In the end, it was quite harmless and got them off my mind!
I just have to be very careful as it's like playing with fire. And not do something like this too frequently.
Interesting topic!
