I ate when...
I was bored
I had to do some kind of work and really wanted to put it off, so I took a "break"
I was watching tv
others ate...
and the funny thing is, I never ate when I was hungry, because I never was! ha!
What really helped me overcome all these problems is making a huge graph on one of the walls in my room, recording my weight every day and seeing how close I was to my goal weight. My start weight was the highest y, and my goal weight was the lowest y. The time was shown through x, the highest x was the time in which I wanted to weight my ideal weight. It really worked! It helped keep me on track and whenever I wanted to eat, I would see it and say, hey! if I eat this much I'll never get to my goal weight by May!Last edited on 3 Apr 2007 05:45 pm by rawfoodie
