Wow, easter time again, and I could not resist the "Popping Mini-Eggs". I ate wayyy too much this weekend, and now its time to get back to my regular habits and start the work out again. I have been working so much lately that I don't seem to have time to watch what I eat and work out, so hopefully I can get back on track in no time.

I was also wondering if anyone could answer my question about protein shakes... are they good for girls/women? Also, does anyone have any good "inner thigh work-outs"?

:palms:not sure about the protein shakes......I heard that guys drink them to build muscle, not sure how true that is.....as for inner thighs this sounds funny but skipping, do about 1000 a day or less if you like but it seems to be working for me, they seem to be getting thinner.....kendra:dog:

I know easter was hard. I ate way to much myself. Can say, that I did stay away from the candy. Just didn't buy any this year.

I will try to explain a few inner thigh exercises that I have done in the past. Lay on your back flat and raise legs in the air. Then open your legs and close them again. I usually bend at the knees when my legs are at the closed point and then repeat the whole thing. Another one is to lay on your side and move your leg out in front of you and lift. Kind of like a side leg lift. You can also get on all fours, hands and knees. and lift your knee out. Like your hiking your leg to pee or something, lol. I hope that all makes sense.. Good luck getting back on track and with the exercises...
