I'm going shopping for my diet.. Im counting calories. Does anyone have any ideas for something good with not a lot of calories? I'm not too sure what to buy here =\ .. I was thinking lowfat yogurt, veggies and fruit or course, wheat products? and anything else anyone has found to work well with low cal diets =) can feel free to post

I think you are on the right track. Fruits, veggies, lean protein sources (like nonfat dairy, egg beaters, etc), and whole grain products.

| The main thing is to shop the perimeter of the store. The aisles are where you find all the processed foods and sweets. Get lots of fresh fruits and veggies and cut them up when you get home so they're ready to eat!
