I need your advice or opinions! My husband had a work routine (for many years) that
was primarily... work away all week and home only on weekends. Last June/July, I began
dieting or just being careful & accounting for my own food intake. (I am 52 yrs old)
I lost nearly 50 lbs. Well, now, his schedule has changed and he is home more than
away. I have lost my strict counting & I eat more frequently (as I cook for him).
I am not blaming him, but I just can not seem to get back on track! I just got off
the scale & see I have gained nearly 10lbs back!! Please help with your insight!
Many Thanks!

hi kosmik!
no, i wouldn't say it's emotional eating, unless you are eating to replace some sort of feeling (that is not hunger!). i think the change in your routine is the main cause of it and you just have to decide to get back on track. not easy, i know! really, start ocunting again. even if you don't go strict on limiting your cals, at least get an idea of how much you are eating.
you didn't mention anything about exercize. are you working out in any way?

I have a Pilates Machine and exercise 5 days week for about an half hour.
I am recovering from a dislocated knee, so.. I don't do much running or walking.
However, when the snow leaves.. I plan to to alot of walking. I am just afraid of
re-injuring my knee while out somewhere.
Thanks Again!
