My husband L wants to try using ground turkey to make hamburgers. How exciting! He's a red meat addict so this is a huge step. I want it to be a success.
My question is, do you change your hamburger recipe for turkey? Usually uses lean ground beef and adds: egg, italian bread crumbs, parsley flakes, salt and pepper
I am wondering if you all think the italian bread crumbs still will work with the turkey flavor. Also do you modify your recipe an any other way (i.e. maybe the turkey meat has a different consistency and you need to add more bread crumbs)?
I will welcome any comments and let you know the results.

Don't have a clue but it will be fun to try! The formula could be different because the turkey will have less fat.
But the result will sure be healthier!
