well, for those that don't know, which makes most of you:wink:lol; I am losing wieght to join the navy. I've lost 50 lbs so far, which is no small potatoes, but I've got a ways to go. I came upon this site by using a yahoo search engine. I need all the help I can get for motivation wieght loss tips, so that makes this site perfect. :)

So far what I've used to lose wieght has been just regular excersize and watching what I eat, but the more wieght I lose, the harder it is to lose more of it. (I'm sure I'm not the only one whose expirienced this.)

A few of the excersizes that I like to use are ab balls, I love yoga, and I also use an excersize dvd series called "The Slim Series by Debbie Siebers." It was a spendy series, but worth it. Home Dvd programs are nice because you can do them w/o worrying about what you look like while doing it. The slim series is also nice because theres an intensity level for every one as well as a good stretching/stabalizing dvd.

You obviously don't have to use the "slim series", whatever dvd that you like that makes you sweat. :)

Have fun choosin your way.

Toodles

I joined the Navy, but got kicked out after four weeks because of a physical problem. But I was always proud of myself for signing up to serve my country for four years.

Cool, wtg, but sorry you got booted. that happens. you would think with the military being in need of people so much, that they wouldn't be so picky but oh well.
