HELLO,
PLZ HELP ME FOR MY PROBLEM.MY PROBLEM IS THAT I DO DIET AND 50MIN EXERCISE BUT MY CHEST FAT IS NOT BURNING .ITS LIKE FEMALES BOOBS.PLZZ REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .BYE

I think you need to be a little more specific in your post. 50 minutes of exercise is great but if it's 50 minutes of walking on the treadmill each day...that aint gonna do nothing for your chest.
Perhaps if you clue us in to what "exercise" you are doing..the member's here may be able to offer some suggestion to you.
If it is all cardio workouts that you are doing, you need to start doing a strengthning workout using handweights or weight machines so that you can strengthen up those area's you are having problems with. There are a number of strengthning techniques you can use that are very effective that target certain area's of the body and can be done in around 20 minutes or so, three days a week.
Like I said...if you give us more information about the type of plan/exercise you are doing, we can get a better picture of what it is you need to achive the results you are looking for.
