I keep comparing my self with others, & feel like I'm unhealthy & fat. So I'm 5'1 (or almost), and weigh 120 lbs. It says it's normal on my BMI thing, but I know so many other people that are my height & are less than 110 lbs!
Also, I have a very hard time resisting food. So even if I'm full, I'll continue to eat even though I'm aware that I'm over eating. Or I promise I'll only have one piece of chocolate, but end up eating serval pieces! I easily give into temptation & I need a solution!!!
I'm also very unmotivated to do things. Even though I really want to run on the treadmill for 20 mins, I just can't get myself to do it. It seems like I spend my days just going to school, doing homework, eating, tv, computer, and sleeping. And, I always seem to be tired. I always wanna sleep.

hello daydreamer!
the energy you will get from exercizing is amazing. seems strange that using energy will give you more, but it's true. the hardest part is getting started. even go for ten minutes. see how you feel. once that ten minutes is up, try for another 2 minutes. keep going until you don't want to do it anymore. you might be surpsrised at how much you are actually enjoying getting your body into shape.
also, do you even like running on the treadmill? if not, there is no point in eveni thinking about it because you won't do it. is there another physical activity you might enjoy? swimming, biking (outside or stationary), the eliptical machine? maybe taking a jog outside? getting some workout dvds (and there are some great ones out there that won't set your bank account back too far). the most important component of exersize is tolerability, at the very least. if you absolutely hate it, you just won't do it. it doesn't have to be your most favorite thing in the world, you just have to like it enough to get through it.
if you do workout, notice how you feel at the end of it. that is a good motivator. it feels awesome to push yourself. you will come out of it with a certain "high". you'll feel good that you actually started it and got through it... and you will know that you have done something to help you reach your goals.
as far as your eating, why do you continue to eat past the point of fullness? it's a question to ask yourself, both when you are not overeating, while you are over eating, as well as after. do you not feed yourself enough durring the day so you are ravenous later? could it be for emotional reasons (i.e. stress, bordom, etc...) or is it something deeper? it might help to track what you eat when you do it and write down why. what drives you to do it? is it pure compulsion or is it planned ("I am going to eat this entire pack of fill in the blank"). take note of whe it happens. if you want to get to the root of the problem, it helps to start thinking about what, when, and why.
i wish you the best of luck!

Hey daydreamer!
I know the temptation to do it is huge....but comparing yourself to anyone but yourself is usually going to end up being a lose/lose situation. There will always be someone slimmer/fitter/younger/richer/taller/better educated/more attractive/yada yada. Always. And so what? The only real comparison worth making and spending your time working on is "has the ME of today improved from the ME of last week/month/year?" Who cares what someone else weighs if you like the way you look and feel in your own body? And, if you don't like it you then any changes you make will be a lot easier to sustain if you're doing them for purely personal reasons.
A good example is your wanting to have more energy...like Zenobia points out, daily exercise (especially in the form of something you actually like) does wonders for increasing energy levels. When you start doing it, and feel your energy levels (and probably overall mood as well) improve, then the motivation to keep doing it becomes stronger - because it's about doing something that makes you feel good - not something you're doing to lose weight because someone else weighs less than you.
