| can you tell me how a regular bag of popcorn, that you air pop could have 31 calories per cup. But a microwavable bag you can buy and put in the microwave can only have 20 calories per cup?

Hi,
I just checked the air popped and I do have the data the USDA provides.
The microwave is:
Popcorn, microwave, Butter, Light [Orville Redenbacher\'s]
It does seem odd.
Don't know if it's a typo on my part or Redenbacher's in error.
