Hi all

I thought I would share my results,  12KG in 10 weeks .............

Over the past 8 years I have gained 20kg in weight and generally felt like #%@&! the whole time!  Didn?óÔé¼Ôäót feel like exercising and always always hungry

I have tried every diet, weight management program, even the ones with meals delivered and going to the gym etc and nothing worked I still craved food and just felt tired all the time.

3 months ago I ran into a friend from high school that had always been very overweight and I was the slim one.  She was slim and sporty looking, and I was the overweight one!

I asked how she had done it and she gave me a little card that read in bold:

(please note I have added notes to this list that are not in bold)

...................................................................................................................

Get naked!!  That is get your food naked!

Avoid food products that use corn syrup (have since found out they use this in a natural rat poison!)

Avoid  foods with artificial sugars (watch out for diet products they are full of additives), I now get to eat real sugar in moderation or stevia this is a great product!

Avoid artificial spreads  - get back to basics butter, peanut butter jams, honey etc

Avoid food additives listed in red on this website - fedupwithfoodadditives.info/information/additivesall.htm (this is from an Australian site, but you maybe able to find an American one) make sure you read food labels.

Eat Organic eggs or eggs with no added colours (a lot of egg companies feed their chickens additives that make the yolks yellow)

Avoid heating oil - use virgin olive oil or cold pressed oils for dressings

Exercise  for 12-20mins a day  - after a while you will find more energy to increase this. (stretch while watching tv, walk for 12mins briskly progressing to a jog when walking is to easy, clean the house, tidy, garden just get active!@

Drink water!

Eat whole foods

Use eco friendly cleaning products

Use alternative hair colours - eg: organiccolorsystems.com/info/ (this stuff is great, my hair feels the best it ever has!

Use alternative natural makeup and personal products

IMPOSTANT NOTE: there is a detox period of about 2 weeks as your body gets use to not having additives in your system.  (this was for me like coming off a drug

Always think naked and enjoy your new healthy life.....

..............................................................................................................

Well I read this list over and over again, thinking this is #%@&!, what is this going to do, there will be nothing to eat, it will cost a fortune...and did anything for two weeks.  Then had a look at the additives website printed off the list and when shopping! boy what an eye opener do you realise what they put in our food!

That weeks shopping was actually $12 less than the weeks before, 10weeks and I feel so great,  have so much energy, time to get things done (don?óÔé¼Ôäót spend so much time lazing watching TV), I don?óÔé¼Ôäót crave food anymore and feel full after a small meal.

I cant explain it but it worked for me, if this can help one other I will be so happy.

Andie
