There's good news and bad news.

The bad news first: you won't drop heaps and heaps of weight in a short space of time.

The good news is that with regular exercise (daily) and sensible healthy eating you will quickly lose dress sizes and look great.  Don't starve yourself, because it really doesn't help.  Eat the freshest, most unprocessed food you can (as much fruit and vegetables as you can find), and stay away from fast food and sweets (NO softdrink unless diet softdrink).  If you spend and hour a day (maybe in 2 half hour blocks) walking and doing any exercise you can, you will be amazed how much slimmer you will be.  Don't worry about the scales, when starting out they don't tell the real story.

The added benefit is that you will feel heaps better, stronger and healthier.

Let us know how you go!

Hi! If you want to lose weight fast as the last post said--it will not happen overnight. This is what I do to lose the most amount of weight possible. I go on Slim Fast--I eat the granola bars for breakfast and one for lunch (I do not like their shakes). Then, in between I have fruit and veggies--unlimited veggies--and then s slimfast chocolate snack bar to curb my sweet tooth around 4pm. Then I eat a "sensible" dinner which is basically a lean cuisine or heat;thy choice meal because I hate cooking:yum:

Anyway, working out is the best if you want to drop more weight per week besides the healthy 1-2 lbs. I walk 3 miles three days a week at interval levels--2 minutes at a comfortable pace, 2 minutes realy fast, and then back to two minutes comfy pace. The other two days I do weight training...which for me is walking off the pounds video by Leslie Sansone because she uses weights while walking--it is a boring video but only 1/2 hour long and you feel it afterwards. Anyway, I lost 10lbs in the first week doing this==let me know if you have other questions!! Good Luck!

Hi!

The basics are as follows if you are trying to lose mass(weight):

"Eat less and exercise more" or "Burn more calories(energy) than you take in".Dont worry, it sounds easier than written.Just eating a little less everyday and walking up the stairs instead of using elevator in the long term leads to weight loss. That is just an example, energy expenditure can apply to everything done during the day.Good luck!!!
