Do you think it's possible for me to have a cal deficit of 850 a day (I understand it's possible but I'm not going to the gym an hour and a half everyday)? I'd be working out doing random things for about an hour a day and daily activities would burn a few extra. I did the math and used the calculators on here but I'm just curious to get your feedback on what you really think. Am I setting my number too high or is it feasible? I'm 5'7" and 175 pounds. I want to get down to 130. I'm a stay at home wife and I take care of a 80 pound Rottweiler and 220 pounds husband. Currently I'm living in Japan and I'm visiting home in about 6.5 MONTHS (not weeks. oops.). I wanted to get down to at least the 130s by then, so about 40 pounds. Am I again setting my number too high?
