Hello everyone,

I'd like to introduce myself. Trey is my name and I've been struggling with my weight for nearly a decade now. I've tried all the diets to no avail.

Well yesterday I came across this book written by a guy named Joseph Cole. Apparently his program doesn't involve calorie counting and he seems to bash most of the methods I've tried or considered trying.

It's at theantidietplan.com

Anyhow I'm unemployed and can NOT afford his book right now. I'm on my friend's computer in case you're wondering. Has anyone got this and can tell me what it's all about?

Really appreciate your responses...

Thanks
Trey

While you're looking into that diet, use your friend's PC to read our Tutorial. It's free!

This website could be called an anti-diet website in that it suggests changes that will last a lifetime, not a diet that will help you lose weight then leave you to regain it at the end of the diet.

You can read a bunch of his article for free here:
ht tp://www.content-articles.com/Authors.aspx?a=7576

I wouldn't waste my time, though--all it basically says is to cut calories, but not too drastically, eat healthy foods, and exercise regularly.  There, I just saved you the time of reading through his articles/book.  You can get all of the same information here on CPH, so don't waste your time/money.
