Hallo,
I tried Forgetcalories and was successful in loseing some weight. The problem I found was too much protein was included in the 10 day cycle. Although it did work, I think it would be hard to maintain this type of eating on a regular basis. If you are looking for a type of diet similar to FL4I but eating more frequently, then this is the diet for you.
I miss carbs and find that I was not as satisfied and felt slightly sluggish useing this plan. So I am going a completely different direction and trying the total opposite of this plan-Bread For Life diet. It makes a bit more sense to me and something I can sustain far more easily. I have always felt that grains are as integral to ones eating plan as are veggies and protein. I believe this plan will be better for me and will help to eliminate that sluggiush and slightly ill feeling of a high protein diet. I will post a thread on Bread for Life and then give an update of my progress.
