Hey all

ive been takin lida slimming capsules for a week so far and i have dropped 5lbs already, still another 3 weeks supply in the box too. My friend told me about these since she had dropped about 12lbs with these but im a little bigger then she is so hopefully i can lose the same if not more ;)

i got mine from <website removed> and it worked out to be around $40 dollars including shipping so the price isnt too bad. I did get thirsty takin these but i should have been drinking more water regardless anyway ehe.

5lbs so far and ill keep you guys posted on how i go.

It's interesting to hear that you're thirsty because most fast weight loss in the first days is just water, not fat. And when you get the water back into your body, the weight comes back.

I don't mean to sound discouraging though, if it's working for you that's great. Especially if it's encouraging you to eat better and exercise so you can keep the weight off -- eventually without the pills.

Be sure to keep posting on your progress. When you've kept the weight off for a month that will be a good sign... three months will really be meaningful.

Hi,

Just be careful most those pills only remove water not fat. I`ve myself tried a couple different pills & besides lots of caffeine & other stimulants, which can hurt you in the long run. I realize now, you are what you eat, meaning change your total diet & stick with it & workout. That is the only way to go. Take care.

Ive finished my physiocare lida capsules and all up ive lost 14/15 pounds. Very impressed with these. Ive been a few days without taking them and the weight has remained the same which is good :P

I still have a few more pounds to lose but im gonna try the el natural way of just good diet and exercise and see how that goes. Hopefully i can do the rest myself, but the extra kick i get from these helps on the treadmill though eheh.

I would recommend these over duramine or xenical as they both gave me bad side effects. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss.

I didnt keep track of calories but i kept my junk food eating down but maybe that had something to do with the pills too. The pills supressed my hunger somewhat but i was still eating regulary it just curbed my sugar cravings :)

The pills gave me a bit of a kick through out the day, had a bit more energy than usual, other than that there were no other side effects. I have taken xenical before but these are better in my opinion, with less side effects and cheaper too ;P

Good luck with your weight loss friends.

Just a warning that I found on line...

Advisory
Health Canada advises consumers not to use Super Fat Burning and LiDa Daidaihua Slimming Capsules for weight loss

OTTAWA - Health Canada is advising consumers not to use two herbal weight loss products from China because they have been found to contain sibutramine, a prescription medication that should only be taken under medical supervision.

Super Fat Burning and LiDa Daidaihua Slimming Capsules are not authorized for sale in Canada. The two products have so far not been found on the Canadian market, but they may have been brought into the country for personal use by travellers or been purchased by Canadians over the Internet.

Sibutramine is a prescription medication that suppresses the appetite. If used improperly, sibutramine can have serious health consequences, including increased heart rate and blood pressure as well as increased pressure to the eyes causing pain and hemorrhaging. Individuals with heart or circulatory problems should not take sibutramine. It should also not be taken with medications such as antidepressants that can affect the level of hormone serotonin in the brain.

Consumers who are currently using Super Fat Burning or LiDa Daidaihua Slimming Capsules should stop taking the product immediately and should contact their health care professional for advice.

Please, be careful

Hi  I sell Lida in the USA and I have all shippments tested in a US lab, before I sell it.  I know that it is just herbs.  It makes you thirsty, because it needs water to mobilize the fat, so the body can burn it. ( laymen's terms).   I am a holistic health care provider and recommend it to all my overweight healthy patients.  Be sure to check with your doctor before starting any diet plan.

Hi Rosy

Price depends on how many boxes you buy.  One boxes is $40US  shipping is free if you are in the US.  Weight loss depends on how much water you drink, and if you follow our no preservative diet plan.  We give out the plan with your order.  We are the only ones one the web with a diet plan.  We have tested it with a control group that we set up.

Hi, here is an update on Lida Pills. I have always been a fat kid (35 now) at the age of 18 I took an insane effort to lose weight. I did not eat for days, I exercised, I ate "the right" food that I hate, I was miserable, YOU who tried it know how it goes. So, NO,  dieting and exercising do not work, because as soon as I started eating normal and stopped vigorous workout I went from 190 ( at 6f2?óÔé¼Ôäó) to 260 in a year! Again, I was eating and exercising but not starving and slaving at the gym. STILL !!! I got fat for no reason. After that I firmly believe, that it is not about what we do, it is something in our bodies. Of course, I tried pills, starting with ?óÔé¼?ôHerbalife?óÔé¼?Ø 20 years ago and finishing with Fat Burner from the Dollar Store last year. NO.

Then, about 3 months ago a friend of mine gave me a website address, I went there and saw Lida for $20 a box on sale and then next to it was a similar looking box that was presented as a knock out pill, 30 lbs a month etc. It was called ?óÔé¼?ôLIDIY?óÔé¼?Ø , cost 60 bucks but made by the same factory as Lida. Just like in a supermarket: generic ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ 20, brand name ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ three times more. I started taking it but very irregularly, about once every 3 days. I would forget to take it for a few days, than take it again, so the box lasted me for 2.5 months. After a month ( around 10-12 pills ) my wife said: ?óÔé¼?ôYour tummy looks smaller, I guess they work?óÔé¼?Ø. Two weeks ago she said something like ?óÔé¼?ô Well, since you are not fat anymore all the girls will like you ?óÔé¼?ô?óÔé¼?ª and so on. Now she wants to take them too. I?óÔé¼Ôäóm ordering some for us. The funny thing is, I ate more on purpose, to test the pill to prove it wrong if you want, I ate and munched especially at night, chips, beer, beef jerky, spaghetti, French fries, eating anything that was a taboo a few years ago and STILL was losing weight. Call it a miracle, call it what you want but I know this stuff works. I?óÔé¼Ôäóm not really sure about Lida, never tried it, but LIDIY is an unbelievable sh?óÔé¼?ªt  and I love it ! Today I weighed myself ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ 210.

50 pounds after 30 pills is good enough result for me. Yes it makes me

thirsty so I just drink more beer (haha).

Er, it sounds to me as though the thing that did not work for you is eating 'normal' and stopping workouts and (just a guess here) it is because your idea of 'eating normal' involved eating more calories than your body required to maintain its weight. This might have been because you were not eating healthy foods.

Why Healthy Food Makes You Slim

EDIT: arghhh earlier I accidentally posted a link to a topic other than the one I intended.

Your friend may eat more sensibly when you're not looking. But even if they do not, and the issue is that they have a less efficient metabolism due to genetic variation, this is hardly something that can assist you (other than to generate feelings of jealousy).

Whilst an appetite suppresant can be a stop-gap solution, if 'eating like a hog' extends to eating the types of food that do not promote health, then such a person will end up with problems down the line - because health is not just about weight. So even if your friend remains slim, they "are what they eat".

Then again, perhaps health and longevity are not an issue for you? I must admit there was a time when this was far from a concern for me

ladyday59! yup you are correct. basically you cannot depend entirely on the pills to lose weight. the Diet Pills should be taken as a temporary alternate to the workouts. i have seen people doing their workouts and having perfect diets, take these pills and they work wonders
