Hi!
I've added the apple cider vinegar diet (pills) to my regular vitamin supplement on a daily basis. Has anyone else used these and know of their effects. So far (I've been using them for about 3 weeks) I haven't seen any negative results, but I'm not sure if I can contribute some of my weight loss to them either.

| I used apple cider vinegar in the liquid form.. It is a natural diuretic and I did loose weight.. However after drinking it, 2 tsp 3 times a day.. I developed a terrible yeast infection.. and it was because of the vinegar.. So I stopped taking it... But I will say that I had more energy and felt better taking it.

| It is the worst thing ever, lol, I would suggest taking ACV liquid for about one week, get it into your system and then transition into the ACV pills... they are a little less potent, but will do the same for you just not as quick.. And i'm almost positive that's what it was.... basically too much of it..
