passata (sieved tomatos) are about 25 kcal/100g.
very low fat yogurt can be as little as 42 kcal/100g.
you can use some mustard - pick a spicy one and then you'll only need to use a little. same rationale can go for chilli sauce (and some brands are just 10 kcal/100ml).
I like hamburger relish - I found one that's 50 kcal/100g. Or you can mix low-calorie salsa which might be around 30 kcal/100g.
lemon juice is 18 kcal/100g.
or you can use spices instead.
sometimes I sweeten my vegetables with artificial sweetner (and sometimes I add cocoa powder too - make them chocolate flavour)

One of my favorites is Newman's Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger dressing. I use it on cole slaw mix all the time-sometimes mix in broccoli slaw, pineapple, golden raisins and raw sunflower seeds.........depends on how many calories I have left for the day.

Oooooooh! That is so yummy It is my staple for my lunch veggie/black bean salad. When my bottle gets below 1/4, I take off to the grocery store for more....I can't let myself run out!

| I use olive oil and lemon (lemon juice from a real lemon). In Sicily, they put this on salads and vegetables (and you know how healthy people are in the Mediterranean). I put this on all my vegetables. Its great on spinach, kale, asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and stringbeans. Lemons also give you that extra vitamin C.
