| Okay, I've tried everything in the world to lose weight and to curb my appetite.. I got SlimQuick, and guess what, IT WORKS! It curbs my appetite completely! I'm one of those types of people that's starving 24/7, but this pill is awesome; And I've already lost 6 pounds! And, it gives me ENERGY (which I never used to have before). I love it, love it, LOVE IT!! I recommend it to any chick out there trying to lose some weight! YAY! Last edited on 14 Jan 2007 11:32 pm by elektrikkkat

It's great that it's working for you, but what about the future?
You need to sort out how you're going to eat for the rest of your life. If it's going to be S'quick, I should buy some shares in the company, then you'll get some of your money back in the increased share price!

I am so glad to hear you say it works! A friend from church told me it worked for her, but I was still a little skeptical, but now I see how many people love it I think I'll give it a try.

UPDATE!!
I used slimquick for one week but took a break after a dizzy spell when I was working out. It turned out that it had nothing to do with the slimquick, though. I am back on it now and since the first time I took it I have lost 5 pounds. I love it! My advice to anyone who is going to try is definately take advantage of the included diet and exercise program. I believe that is what has been the key to my weight loss.

| it did not make me feel edgy or anxious at all! If I recall correctly the label on the bottle says caffiene free, but don't quote me. I could be wrong.

| I've been on it for 4 weeks, and despite the fact that I forget to take the second dose sometimes, I've lost about 2 pounds a week.

| Really? Did you just start last night? One piece of advice I do have for you is to DEFINITELY use the diet program and do some type of exercise every day. it'll work faster.

I am new to this website and forum, but thought I would add my 2 cents in on the diet pill issue. Growing up i was always within the normal weight range untill grade 11. I quit playing sports that year and it didn't take long for me to gain 15lbs. I thought no big deal, I'll go on one of those crash diets and drop 15 lbs. I decided to up my chances by taking an ephedrin pill each day (when it was still legal in canada). I dropped 20 lbs in 3 weeks, and was extatic. I stopped the crash diet, starting eating regular foods (still healthy mind you) and stopped taking the ephedrine. Within a month or 2 I had gained back all the weight plus 10 lbs. This was because my metabolism got used to the added push and my body had gone into starvation mode during the crash diet, at the time, I didn't realize that was what was happening. So i went on another crash diet and took hydroxy cut with it. Again I lost 20 lbs fast, but as soon I began eating normally and stopped taking the pills it all came back plus another 10 lbs. This repeats over and over for nearly 8 years, and each time the latest diet pill was used, and I have ended up at 200lbs, where I am today.
I have always known the right way of losing weight, but in my laziness I was always looking for the easy way out, the quick fix to a big problem. Now I am currently on a 2000 calorie/day eating plan, and I am going to the gym regularly. I am on a year long plan to lose about 50lbs, which equates to about 1 pound per week. This will be slow, but has been working thus far. I have lost 2.5 lbs in the past 2 weeks, and am looking forward to seeing my new body emerge over the next year.
I guess the message is that diet pills didn't work for me. They did at first, but when I stopped taking them it all came back and more. I personally have no intention of staying on a metabolism boosting drug forever. I feel there is not enough information available on the effects of prolonged use of these products and it could very well be detrimental to my health. I will finally do things right this time, plus eating healthy foods all year long will form a healthy eating habit that will hopefully last the rest of my life!

I am a Triathlete from Texas trying to loose 10 to 15 lbs for the season. I am thinking about using Hoodia.

| Talk about trying everything- so have I. And I am a hoodia girl. If you can find it with a fat burner- even better than an appetite supressant only!
