| Tutorial and Tips are good places to start. (Did you post in the E.D. section for a reason, though?)

Hi featherish -
Forget 'fast' - what you want to do is lose weight (that is, fat) permanently.
Fast and permanent are uneasy bedfellows.

ok, apart from reading the links I put above, a good start is to use the calculators to figure out how many calories you need to take in for fat loss. Then count the calories you are consuming and see if you need to eat more or less. (and then also look at whether you are exercising enough).
Are you male or female? How old are you? The formulas give different results. [Tell me your gender and age and I can recalculate]
For example,
Male, 20, 5'6", 150: Eat at least 1633 calories. (which is a good target if you do no exercise - but if you exercise 1-3 times a week you should aim for 1909)
Female, 30, 5'6", 150: Eat at least 1417 calories. (which is a good target if you do no exercise - but if you exercise 1-3 times a week you should aim for 1656)

I'm not quite sure why you decided to post in the Eating Disorders forum. An eating disorder will NOT make you lose weight fast. It WILL destroy your life, your health, your social life and anything you're hoping for by being thinner.
Society and media glamorize eating disorders and make them seem like vanity problems, not actual disorders, but they ARE disorders and go far beyond simply wanting to lose a few pounds. They are not fad diets. People who actually have eating disorders are not going to have a bunch of tips they're dying to share with you about how to lose weight, and many might be mad at you for coming into an eating disorder discussion and asking for tips, especially if they're trying to recover. Go to diet and weight loss forums instead.
Remember that the faster you take off the weight, the faster you'll put it right back on, and most likely put more on because you killed your metabolism when you crash dieted in attempt to lose weight fast.
I'm not trying to be mean, just encouraging you to steer clear of eating disorders if you simply want to lose weight.
