i have to go out to dinner tomorrow night at an italian resteraunt & i don't know what to order. Im wanting to eat something low in calories, healthy, low in fat but still make it look like i've eaten a decent meal.. any suggestions?
Ive tried researching on the net but i cant seem to find much helpful information. So any advice would be much appriciated.

You might get some ideas from looking at Olive Garden in the Food Calculator list. They list their better selections for dieters.

Soups and salads are usually offered at Italian restaurants. They're not only delicious, but filling as well.

True, but be careful what dressing you choose and how much you use.

Peter's right. You might want to do alittle research before you go. Unexpectedly, we went to Pasta House for dinner last night. I ordered "Chicken Ignatio" from the low carb-low fat menu, thinking I was making a good choice. Plus, I ate one of their "special salads." This morning, I found out that my entree had 750 calories (luckily, I only ate half) and the salad had 396! I should have stuck with a garden salad, huh?!
