OK. im stuck at my same weight and I cant get out.

I use to weigh 180 something but then i went down to 140-ish and that really good. But i seem to be stuck at that weight, wich is good for some but im like 5'7 and i have a short torso so i mean it makes me look kinda chubby and the thing is it's kinda hard for me to find time to work out and stuff.

What i'd apperciate is some advice on some exercises i can do at home to get rid of some pudge on my abdomonal area or at least some way to eat healthy so i could be lean because i really just wanna weight 135 wich is kinda alot seeing as how i weigh on the high side of the 140's which means i want to loose at least 15 pounds.

Help me please!!

Hi and well done on already losing 30-odd pounds. Crunches etc help with muscle in that area, but you won't see them until you shed your weight (and generally fat comes off last in that area).

Going by your BMI, I don't see a problem with going to 135lb, your BMI will then be 21.2 so you'll remain in the healthy range (normal range is 18.5 - 24.9).

Going a whole day without eating (your other topic) certainly isn't helping you lose fat. Quite the opposite. You should aim to eat 5-6 very small "meals" a day to maximise your metabolism.

Are you eating healthy? if you're not sure, check out the Tutorial (link at bottom of page).

Are you eating the right amount of calories for your fat-loss objective? - use the RMR calculator to find out (or state your gender and age and I'll work it out for you).
