Seven days left to be 30-year-old. Full of worries and anxiety, not as happy as the past birthday. 30 seems to be a new start but a new worry. I start to feel I am getting old. I used to live crazily but I have to stop. I make this thread to keep myself bear in mind and always revise what I should do, and to share experience. Welcome any discussion.

1. Eat less, but more times.
2. Eating slowly, slowly, slowly....
3. Ban snack completely although I like it sometimes.
4. Eat simple.
5. Drink more water. Avoid carbonated drinks and coffee
6. Walk instead of escalators
7. More fruits.
8. Sleep early if possible.

A rough draft only. I will update often. Welcome discussion.
