A daily progress record about my diet and weight loss progress. Welcome any comments. I will edit and update this thread every day, hopefully. ----------------------------------------------------- 7 July 2014 Breakfast: home-made cheese sauce pasta (approx. 150g) Lunch: Didn't eat Dinner: watery rice vermicelli with a few slices of pork, cold lemon tea without sugar. Snack: three packs of 160 calorie each light chips (I will not eat anymore, sorry). Fruits: Two small apples. Weight of the day: 79kg ----------------------------------------------------- 8 July 2014 Breakfast: Rice vermicelli cooked with water, salt and oil only. No other flavouring (how to spell?) added Lunch: No Dinner: chicken wings set dinner. Five roasted chicken wings, a cup of cooked rice, cold lemon tea without sugar. Fruits: Two small apples Weight of the day: 78.1kg ----------------------------------------------------- 9 July 2014 Breakfast - No Lunch - cheese bread sandwiches - cheese+pork+tomato+mushroom and a light coffee (more milk, less sugar) Dinner - Cup noodles Weight of the day: 78.1kg ----------------------------------------------------- 10 July 2014 Breakfast - No Lunch - cheese bread sandwiches - cheese+pork+tomato+mushroom and a light coffee (more milk, less sugar) Dinner - Lots of grapes Weight of the day: 77.5kg ----------------------------------------------------- 11 July 2014 Breakfast - No Lunch - egg white sandwich (medium size) + watermelon juice Dinner - Mixed seafood congee + Coke diluted with ice. fruit - some grapes until feeling full instead of snack Weight of the day: 78kg Comment of the day: I am still experiencing constipation over the years.
