Hello everyone
I have problems with my weight. I'm 182 cm tall and i have 80 kg. I'm a multimedia designer, so most of my day i spend sitting at my computer and working. The problem with my body are my legs. My torso is slim, but my legs are fat. I eat three times a day. Do u have some advices, exercises i can do to make my legs look slimmer? I have 26 years.

Your BMI is 24.2. That means you are in the healthy range (which is 18.5 - 24.9) but doesn't mean you can't lose weight if you want to change the way you look.

Create a calorie deficit, preferably by changing the types of food you eat. Exercise can also change the shape of your body. We do have a Tutorial that you can access with the link at the top left of the screen.
