OK a weird thing happened to me this week and I wanted to see if anybody else knows why this could be.

I woke up on tuesday morning feeling super bloated around my belly and my legs and thighs were a bit swollen. It was like I had put on 4 pounds during the night. (im not pregnant by the way xd)
None of my jeans fit and they even dug into my skin leaving me with sores. WTF? I have to wear my fat jeans and the horrible thing is that even my fat jeans FEEL TIGHT!!!

So what is it? water retention-?

That's not always true, as you workout you will gain muscle. I would up your water intake. What are you eating?

Well on the first week I was eating salads and soups and trying to cut out bread, lots of herbal teas and water. On the second week I was feeling ill and didn?é??t eat as well, not so much treats but I did have some pasta dishes and bread. also maybe it was due to the fact that I missed out on 3 days of cardio cos I felt sick.

I could be swelling up cos of water retention for all the bread and pasta and I have just been on and came off that time of month.

Are you doing better now? If you are eating bread I would go with100% whole wheat. It is unhealthy not to eat limiting you calorie intake sure but your body needs fuel to burn, if it does not it will burn muscle. I found this out the hard way, only after I found the wellness company and the supplements they supply did I start to see results. I hope your doing better now.
