Healthy shop brought drinks? I know water is best but I want something with flavour and nice to swap for coke zero that I normally drink...some sound healthy but seem to be full of sugar

If you have a sweet tooth, you could invest in artificial sweeteners to add to hot drinks; you can also buy sugar-free fruit-flavoured dilute squash.

I think my 'transition period' relying on such artificially-flavoured drinks was quite long, at least 7 years, but I did finally pull myself away from these, to enjoy unsweetened drinks.

and with no 'flavour', I can be more honest about whether I am actually thirsty.

Antioxidants are the one of the most natural energy supplements found in energy drinks. They perform the function of reducing the effects of free radicals that cause harm to the body and deplete the energy reserves.

The funny thing is that when someone embeds the word 'shop' in their user name, it makes me think they are trying to sell me something. Don't you?

Drink more water than any other beverage. It is the healthiest drink of all because it keeps you alive.
Water is:
- an important part of digestion
- necessary for the absorption of water-solution vitamins C and Bs
- vital for excreting waste from your body
- needed for sweat
- an essential component of blood
