Wow first week over!! Mass amount of junk food taken out my diet....Half my plate (minimum) vegetables...multiple fruit per day mostly when I'm getting a craving to eat...single serve yoghurt a day....and I seem to have lost a couple of kg!!! Feel much much awake and alert and confidence growing...NO exercise done (I have very active 5am till 3pm job then home to kids)....start of week two now with 15-30 on cross trainer per day planned for this week.... Prior to starting on a diet, you need to make sure that you are fully committed about it. In other words, you need to have the discipline and the determination to follow through it, in order to attain your fitness goals. Aside from that, you should also have the right motivation to stay on track. Last edited on 8 Nov 2013 05:57 am by |
