Hi there,

has anybody here heard of or used the drilldoggy method for weightloss? I heard about it recently and would like to get more info. Thanks for any info you can give.

feel free to use Google and watch the 12-minute video. Please do not link to it, however.

What is it?
1) it is a paid for program, everyone who sends you a link gets money as it is sold via the affiliate model (most of the $47 goes to the affiliate)
2) it pushes the 'Paleo diet', which is a the latest incarnation of Atkins, a diet that cuts out grains out of your diet

if you have the willingness to change the way you eat, why not make the transition to "Eat To Live" by Dr Joel Fuhrman? the book is available places like Amazon.

Hi Cool_Chica, Hi Nir,

my name is Daniel and I'm the owner of Drilldoggy. It's really cool (and makes me proud) that I have found this thread here.

Nir, you're absolutely right! (Thank you for your answer ) It's based on the Paleo diet with some variatons and 100 recipes combined with a 12 weeks training program with recorded body weight circuits. It's no mircale diet that works without changing anything. You have to be willing to change your eating habits and try the workouts. Only then the program works(but then it does  ).

Like Nir said, just google the page, watch the video or send me an email.

Have a great week!

Daniel
