Here?é??s my problem, i?é??ve started back on my diet and fitness plan and there are days that I have no time to do my workout. Like yesterday for example, I had to work and then I got bombarded with a translation deadline and had to work more, then I had cleaning, ironing and at the end of the day didn?é??t do a workout. What do you do about managing your feelings of guilt because you haven?é??t worked out? Do you do more cardio the next day, starve yourself a little more or just forget about it and stick to your plan the next day? |

design a plan that works well even without exercise - then the exercise is just a bonus on top. When I first introduced Rest Days - first of all one a week (Friday), and then moving on to sometimes having two a week (Wednesday), I did initially feel guilty. However I do so in order to introduce some Balance into my life so in the overall scheme of things it is more sane. I had to work through similar feelings of guilt as I gradually reduced my exercise commitment from something like 14 hours a week at peek to 7-odd hours at present and I recognise that if I get busier I may have to reduce it further in order to stay sane |

I know its really hard when you have a job, or like me have to have two jobs because they both pay #%@&!.... then its housework, shopping, making meals.... and there are days that you just dont have the time. I?é??m trying to concentrate more about what I?é??m eating and planning my exercise around 60% toning, 40% cardio. I guess that as long as the next day you stick to your plan its not so bad, the bad part is when you go 3 days without exercising and that turns into 3 months, and that turns into 10 pounds.... like what has happened to me. |

It is 2013 now so this is a while back, but it still feels very real to me, in 2008 I had upcoming surgery and I would not be allowed to exercise for 2-3 months afterwards as it was major surgery with a long abdominal incision so I had to come up with an eating plan to keep me at a slim weight despite knowing that exercise was not an option. That is what I mean by making your plan work for you on the assumption that you would not be exercising, and then any exercise that does actually happen is a 'bonus' on top. Yesterday I had a day trip to London. It felt busy enough but I thought I coped. Today I know I didn't really cope as I spent 3 hours of my Saturday afternoon napping to repay my sleep debt. I sympathise with being too busy, it is hard to cram too much into your life |

Watch what men do and then do it i.e. stop being irrational. See if a doctor will test your testosterone levels and put you on a dose appropriate for a woman. It will do wonders for you. You will not be a typical flaky female, your metabolic rate will increase, your bone density will increase, your likelihood of certain cancers will decrease, and your libido will increase. The only drawback is that when your hormones are balanced you will be more like a man. You won't get all hairy and muscular but you will no longer be able to understand women. The problem is is that giving women testosterone eliminates the need for crazy lady drugs like Paxil and Prozac and deadly and expensive drugs like Boniva. |

Well I?é??m on the pill, so I have to fight with water retention and at the begining of each month I go up 2 pounds. Ideally I should do exercise on saturday and sunday, when I have more time, but the truth is that like you Nir I too tend to sleep on weekends to make up for only 6 hours sleep each night during the week, and sometimes even 5. I?é??m dreading getting on the scale later, its been a bad week with illness and tiredness and pasta dishes!!! |
