Research has shown a tiny positive effect for some types of tea, easily counter-acted by eating a small amount of food. The main two things that determine your weight are (1) how many calories you eat (2) how active you are. With emphasis on #1. It is a mistake to think otherwise.
Can I ask why you have posted the same question, word for word, on so many internet forums?
