I have lost weight but need help to accomplish losing my belly. I know its the hardest and last but have the determination to do it. Just need guidance in the right direction. My right side of my back shoulder goes numb and hurts if i lift weights so i stopped lifting till it heals which might take time as i think i sprained it cause i can move and use arm completely. If i do push ups or anything it hurts more so decided to take at least 3 months off to see if it heals. Also went to chiropractor and got x rays and seems with time it will heal. So i can run do legs and core but limited on upper body... So need a good guidance to build my form and core in the meantime.

Running works your core also, so keep up with that. Continue eating clean obviously get your fruits and veggies. Its a battle but keep at it.
